A star erupts from its own shadow — violet fire and ember-red bloom colliding in silence at the threshold between collapse and ignition. Umbral Nova holds that moment: luminous magenta and shadowed purple swirling through layered resin, the body echoing the birth of light inside the dark heart of a dying nebula. It is not a bright pen. It is a deep one — the kind that looks different in every light, in every hand.
This is among the most volatile blanks in the Astro Line. Umbral Nova's pour patterns are genuinely unpredictable — the interference colors that produce its characteristic depth rarely align the same way twice. Each piece is a unique ignition event.
Umbral Nova ships with a PVC black-coated Jowo #6 nib — a premium matte-black finish that complements the pen's dark chromatic character and carries a higher material cost than the standard steel nib. Available in your choice of grind.
Each pen is hand-poured and hand-turned, making every Umbral Nova a one-of-a-kind creation. Approx. 145mm capped, balanced for long-form writing, and compatible with international cartridges or converter.

Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 1 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
